The Personnel Council, which is responsible exclusively for tasks related to the internal area of the County Administration, is responsible for taking action on the following matters:

• Hiring of employees
• Dismissals
• upgrading and downgrading
• Conclusion of service agreements
• Ordering of overtime and extra hours
• Implementation of vocational training and continuing education
• Regulation of the order in the office and the behavior of the employees
• Measures for the prevention of service and work accidents and other health impairments
