Carry out banking transactions securely and locally via video chat

In the Börde district, customers of Kreissparkasse Börde can now use a liveBox for the person-to-person video service.

In Hamersleben, Seehausen and Groß Ammensleben, customers of Kreissparkasse Börde can now carry out their banking transactions just like in a traditional branch - digitally via video chat. The employee appears on the screen via video stream, talks to the customer and processes the customer's request just like at the service counter in the branch. This gives customers contact with a personal contact person directly on site from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 19:30.

"Especially in a rural district like the Börde, it is important to maintain the service for local people through digital offerings," Martin Stichnoth is pleased to say.

Without any prior technical knowledge, questions about current accounts, assistance with online banking or even with entering a SEPA transfer through to creating, changing or deleting a standing order can be answered. The liveBox makes it possible.
