Friedhofskapelle Bebertal

Probably already in the 10th century an early Romanesque stone church was built in the old village of Alvensleben. After the devastation of the village in the 15th century, the choir with preserved round windows was converted into a cemetery chapel in the 19th century. Also worth seeing are the remains of the bishop's castle with its mighty keep and the Jakobi church in the eastern cemetery.
