The number of participants is limited.
Persons who have reached the age of 15 no later than 6 months before the examination are admitted to the hunting examination. Proof of liability insurance for the use of firearms and payment of the examination fee of 250.00 euros must be provided.
The participants have to prove themselves in three examination complexes. These are the hunting shooting, the written examination and the oral-practical examination.
The oral-practical examination includes "Huntable animals", "Hunting and hunting operations", "Ecology, nature and landscape conservation", "Hunting dogs and the handling of hunted game" as well as "Hunting weapons" and "Hunting law".
