Public participation procedure for state development plan starts on 29/01/2024
As part of the redrafting of the Saxony-Anhalt 2030 State Development Plan (LEP), the first stage of the participation procedure for the public and public bodies begins next Monday (29 January 2024).
On 22 December 2023, the state government approved the first draft of the new Saxony-Anhalt State Development Plan and released it for participation. The planning documents for the first draft will be available to the public from
29 January 2024 up to and including 12 April 2024
available for inspection and download at www.landesentwicklungsplan-st.de. Until 12 April 2024, public bodies and all members of the public will have the opportunity to submit comments or suggestions for amendments to all contents of the planning documents of the first draft.
