From family and antenatal counselling, through support in self-help groups, to crisis support in cases of violence, the booklet offers citizens and professionals reliable guidance.
“A clear overview of regional services is invaluable, particularly for families,” emphasises Ms Kunz, coordinator of the Early Intervention Network in the Börde district. “With this new guide, we’re building a bridge between parents seeking advice and the right support services in their local area – to ensure children grow up healthy right from the start.”
Free copies for medical practices and organisations
To ensure the information reaches exactly where it is needed, the guide is available at many public locations. Medical and social services, as well as doctors’ surgeries in the Börde district, are warmly invited to make the brochure available to their patients and clients.
Copies can be requested free of charge from the Börde District Early Intervention Co-ordination Office (Ms Stefanie Kunz, Tel.: 03904 7240-4401). In addition, the guidance booklet is now available as a free download at www.fruehehilfen-boerdekreis.de.
