Eight graduates completed their training with the Börde district authority, two with the municipality of Hohe Börde, two with the town of Haldensleben, and one each with the town of Wolmirstedt and the Wastewater Association.
District Administrator Martin Stichnoth and Haldensleben’s Mayor Bernd Hieber congratulated the graduates on the successful completion of their training in their welcoming addresses. Both emphasised how important well-trained young professionals are for an efficient and citizen-focused administration in the district. “Well-trained young professionals keep our administrations running efficiently and bring new ideas and fresh perspectives,” said District Administrator Martin Stichnoth. “I am delighted that most of the graduates will be shaping their professional futures in the district of Börde.”
Training manager Manuela Brasch also praised the achievements of this year’s cohort. She thanked the trainers within the local authorities, as well as everyone involved who has guided and supported the young professionals in the Börde district over the past three years. The presentation of certificates marks the end of an important chapter in the graduates’ lives. At the same time, for most of them, it signals the immediate start of their working lives in the region.
The Börde district extends its warmest congratulations to all the graduates on the successful completion of their training and wishes them all the best for their future professional and personal journeys.
