The aim of the shooting plan is to ensure sustainable, legally compliant management of the hunting grounds in the Börde district in line with the game population.
Binding deadlines at a glance
The following deadlines apply for the 2026/2027 hunting year
By 20 March 2026
Submission of the shooting plans to the Lower Hunting Authority (UJB) in duplicate. The documents must contain the signature of the owner of the hunting ground and the chairman of the hunting association or the owner of the hunt.
From 31 March 2026
Issue or dispatch of the confirmed or fixed shooting plans.
By 14 April 2026
Submission of the hunting ground list for the 2025/2026 hunting year:
5 December 2026
Submission of the list of hunting grounds or interim report as of 30 November 2026.
The Börde district would like to point out that the timely submission of the documents is a prerequisite for proper hunting law planning and implementation.
Trophy show of the lower hunting authority
On 4 June 2026 from 16:00 to 18:00 at Bornschen Straße 2 in 39340 Haldensleben, the trophy show of the Lower Hunting Authority will take place in accordance with Section 26 (5) of the State Hunting Act.
Trophies of red deer, fallow deer and mouflon of age class 2 will be presented, unless they have already been presented at statutory events organised by the hunting communities or hunting associations.
The trophy show serves the purpose of professional evaluation, transparency and quality assurance within the hunting communities and is an important component of sustainable game management.
