The district of Börde, which is taking part in the Grüne Woche for the tenth time this year, will, as always, be located in Saxony-Anhalt Hall 23b.
As a special highlight and innovation, visitors can look forward to the Elbe-Börde-Heide Regional Day on 23.01.2024, which will present the diversity and advantages of the Börde district. District Administrator Martin Stichnoth will open the Regional Day at Green Week 2024 in the tried-and-tested tradition.
The concept for the Elbe-Börde-Heide Regional Day, at which the Börde district will play a leading role, was developed in close cooperation with Agrarmarketinggesellschaft Sachsen-Anhalt mbH.
This year's stage program will be opened by the singing duo "Romy und Wolli" from Neuenhofe and Stefan Timm-Zock will guide visitors through the program throughout the day. In addition to the entertaining stage program, companies from the Börde district will also be on hand to talk to visitors.
Among others, the Motorsportarena in Oschersleben and the Hotel Sportarena Oschersleben will be present at the joint stand. Hövelmann Logistik GmbH & Co. KG from Hermsdorf will also be on hand to answer visitors' questions about refrigerated and food logistics.
Nordzucker AG Klein Wanzleben, which was the first sugar factory in Klein Wanzleben in 1838 and is still one of the most modern sugar factories in Europe today, will be supporting the joint stand with its products. The show bakery Denni Nitzschke from Calvörde, a traditional bakery that is characterized above all by traditional craftsmanship and attention to detail, has also prepared numerous offers for visitors.
Companies from the Börde district, such as Colbitzer Brauerei and Braune's, will also be presenting their own stands at the Green Week.
The Grüne Woche offers both international and regional producers an opportunity to network and present their products. The Regional Days, which focus on individual regions in Germany, are a highlight for producers and visitors alike every year at the Grüne Woche. Visitors also get to know tourist lighthouses and worthwhile excursion destinations in the Börde district. So it's well worth a visit!
