Within the scope of the tasks associated with this function, Ms. Schneider is independent of instructions. The appointment as "Corruption Prevention" contact person is valid until revoked. The transfer of duties takes place with reference to the administrative regulations for preventing and combating corruption, joint circular of the Ministry of the Interior and Sport, the State Chancellery and the other ministries of 18.11.2016 - 04.2-02080/100 as well as the service instruction on corruption prevention applicable in the district of Börde, which also came into force on 01.07.2023.
