County Law

The right of the counties to make bylaws is given by the guarantee of self-government for the county level. The statutes apply spatially to the district territory, objectively to the district affairs and the temporal scope of application results from the respective statute itself.

District law includes all bylaws, ordinances and directives adopted by the district council. They determine beside the laws of the federation and the country Saxonia-Anhalt the activity of the administrative district Börde.
