The local traffic plan creates the basis for an attractive local public transport (ÖPNV) and is the design instrument for the development of the local public transport in the Landkreis Börde.
The Landkreis Börde is a member of the Magdeburg regional transport association marego.
According to EU Regulation No. 1370/2007, the county is obliged to publish an annual general report on the implementation of local public transport.
