Landkreis Börde - Office for Education - School Development Planning
General education schools
School development planning establishes the planning basis for the development of a regionally balanced and efficient educational offer in the state. It is an essential instrument for using the teaching staff and the personnel of the school authorities and the material and financial resources of the state and the school authorities for maintaining and equipping schools for which there is a public interest in a resource-conserving manner in order to ensure the fulfillment of the educational mission in the long term.
On the basis of § 22 para. 2 School Act of the State of Saxony-Anhalt in the currently applicable version in conjunction with § 6 para. 6 of the Ordinance on School Development Planning 2022 and the district council resolution (No. 0322/40/2021) of 01.12.2021, the school development plan has been submitted to the State Education Authority in due time to 31.01.2022. The school development plan was confirmed with restrictions in a letter from the school authority dated 05.09.2022.

Vocational schools
On the basis of Section 22 (2) of the Education Act of the State of Saxony-Anhalt in the currently applicable version in conjunction with Section 7 (6) of the Ordinance on School Development Planning 2014 and the district council resolution (No. 2015/40/0205), the district of Börde announces the school development plan for the vocational schools of the district of Börde for the period of the school years 2016/2017 to 2020/2021, which was approved by the State Education Authority in its decision dated 13.05.2016.
On the basis of Section 22 (2) of the Education Act of the State of Saxony-Anhalt in the currently applicable version in conjunction with Section 6 (6) of the Ordinance on School Development Planning 2022, the established school development plan for the vocational schools of the Börde district is to be submitted to the State Education Authority in the form of a new overall plan by the deadline of December 31, 2023.
2. Fachaustausch der Landkreise Sachsen-Anhalts am 30.10.2025
Die Kreisverwaltung des Landkreises Börde hatte am 30.10.2025 ins Landratsamt in Haldensleben zum 2. Fachaustausch der Fachplaner für die Schulentwicklung der elf Landkreise Sachsen-Anhalts eingeladen. Alle sind dieser Einladung gern gefolgt und bestätigen damit die Bedeutung des Themas für die Verwaltung. Lediglich der Burgenlandkreis und der Landkreis Saalekreis mussten absagen, da sie bereits terminlich gebunden waren. Vertreten waren die Schulamtsleiter und Fachplaner für Schulentwicklungsplanung aus den Landkreisen:

Nach der Begrüßung der Gäste durch den Frau Friederike Hecht, Dezernentin für Bildung, Jugend und Soziales des Landkreises Börde, hatten alle Schulentwicklungsplaner die Möglichkeit über ihre Arbeitsschwerpunkte zu berichten. Dem schloss sich eine Diskussion zu den folgenden Themen an.
Auswertung des Treffens des LKT mit den Schulverwaltungsamtsleitern
Neufassung des Schulgesetzes LSA
Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten minderjähriger Berufsschüler
Demografische Entwicklung
Aufstellung Schulentwicklungsplan
Bildungsmanagementsystem LSA
Ziel ist u. a. den Landkreistag des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt mehr für den gemeinsamen Austausch zu gewinnen. Weiterhin wird eine Ausweitung des Austausches auch auf die kreisfreien Städte angestrebt. Somit konnten die Arbeitsschwerpunkte manifestiert werden und alle Akteure bedankten sich für die Einladung und Durchführung des Fachaustausches durch den Landkreis Börde.
Die Fachaustausche der Schulentwicklungsplaner der Landkreise Sachsen-Anhalts finden künftig abwechselnd in den Landkreisen statt. Der nächste Fachaustausch wird im Sommer 20264 im Landkreis Jerichower Land sein.
Ein großer Dank gilt den verantwortlichen Akteuren der Kreisverwaltung, Frau Döring als Schulentwicklungsplanerin und Ausrichterin der Veranstaltung sowie Frau Sulfrian (studentische Praktikantin der Fachhochschule Harz).
