The ADFC Cycling Climate Test is one of the largest surveys of cyclist satisfaction worldwide. It is conducted every two years by the Allgemeiner Deutscher Fahrrad-Club (ADFC) with the support of the Federal Ministry of Transport and took place for the eleventh time in 2024. The results of the ADFC Cycling Climate Test 2024 are now available.
Around 213,000 cyclists from all over Germany took part in the large online survey in autumn 2024 to vote on the bicycle-friendliness of their towns and municipalities. 1,047 locations made it into the evaluation, including the town of Oschersleben, the town of Wolmirstedt and the municipality of Hohe Börde. The participation shows the strengths and weaknesses of the municipalities and can help to improve the offer for cyclists in a targeted manner. The most important topics of the participants in the Börde district are to increase the feeling of safety and to create acceptance of cyclists as road users.
