Next fishing licence exam on 17 October 2026

Applications for admission may be submitted from 18 August 2026. The number of participants is limited to 60 per examination session.

The Börde district will hold its next fishing licence examination on 17 October 2026 at the “Professor-Friedrich-Förster-Gymnasium” in Haldensleben. Applications for admission to the fishing examination can be submitted from 18 August 2026 onwards, but only after booking an appointment by telephone, either in person or through a parent or guardian, at the lower fisheries authority of the Börde district, Bornsche Str. 2, 39340 Haldensleben. Candidates must complete a compulsory course comprising at least 30 teaching hours in preparation for the fishing examination.

The number of participants is limited to 60 per examination date, subject to the capacity of the examination venue. Upon submission of the application, the examination fee must be paid: 60.00 euros for adults and 30.00 euros for young people up to the age of 18.

Compulsory training courses are offered to help participants prepare for the fishing licence exam in the Börde district. Proof of attendance at the course can be provided up until the day of the exam. Without proof of attendance, it is not possible to sit the exam. Approved courses can be found at www.fischerpruefung.sachsen-anhalt.de.
